Set up in an area of 40,000 sq ft, Axel Public School provides
all the prominent school facilities to students which are important for their
overall wellbeing and benefit. The school provides the facilities of
state-of-art 2,500 sq.ft modern library, laboratory, hostel, in-house coaching,
transportation, career and guidance cell, swimming pool, open court yards,
badminton courts, basketball field and football field.
Extra Curricular Activities
Apart from academics Axel public School also believes in
bringing out the inner talent of the students in the form of dance, drama,
music and art. The school curriculum has been designed to include performing
arts as a subject. The school conducts classes of dance, music and art classes
for students . Students also participate in various dance, drama and musical
events inside and outside the school. The school also gives opportunity to
students to bring out the talent of art by exploring drawing, painting, poster
making, collage, etc by conducting classes and competitions.
Axel Public School has four houses and each student is
placed in one of the four houses. The houses participate in various inter-house
competitions like debate, quiz, dance, music, recitation, and various
inter-house sports like football, basketball, swimming, badminton, etc.
Physical education
Physical education is an important part of the curriculum of
the school. Trained instructors take up physical education classes in the
school. The school conducts two classes of physical education every week.
Sports like athletics, table tennis, badminton, swimming, football or
basketball are given much importance by the school.
